I have used A Auto Tech now on three or four occasions, from simple to more complex work and they have been great each time. They have demonstrated great service and skill. Would not hesitate to use them again.

They repaired a big dent on the trunk door and did a great job polishing my car! The quality of their work, response time and customer service is outstanding and I also consider their cost to be very reasonable.

A-Autotech is one of the best repair shops I have used in Miami, and possibly the best I have come across anywhere in my 60+ years of driving in the US and the UK. They don’t stand out for me just for the quality of their work, which is superb, but also, and almost mainly, because in an industry filled with dubious businesses, they stand out for their remarkable honesty, integrity and care for their customers. For me, they really are one of a kind, and I can’t recommend them enough.

HONESTY. Manager, Luis U. was honest with me to his own possible detriment (an opportunity in us getting a better deal from the dealer vs A Auto Tech as well as how to compare quotes of work and why my request wasn't apples to apples to what other people may get quoted). Not only was he honest, but he - and his entire office staff - were respectful to myself and others while I was there waiting for a quote. Although I cannot speak to the quality of work, I will consider them for future paint work needs.

If you want a shop that actually has its act together, this is it. From the moment I walked in, everything about this place communicated professionalism: organized, efficient, and genuinely on top of it. I came in after a car accident and needed an appraisal done quickly. Abraham handled it and was phenomenal: fast, thorough, and got the information over to me right away. When you’re dealing with the aftermath of an accident, speed and clarity matter more than anything, and he delivered on both. The front desk team is equally impressive. Every interaction was smooth, and even their voicemails stand out: detailed, clear, and actually useful. That might sound like a small thing, but it says everything about how well this operation is run. The details don’t lie. Highly recommend. You can tell the whole team takes pride in what they do.
